Plymouth Team Russell Kleekamp started his competitive lifestyle as a marathon runner and through the encouragement of James, quickly converted to bodybuilding. Russ graduated from Northeastern University with a B. S. in Civil Engineering and has always been an avid health enthusiast. Having raced in multiple marathons, competing in over 15 bodybuilding competitions and as an active Judge in the OCB circuit, Russ is a strong addition to the CCNC team. Manager, David Lyford was born and raised in Bridgewater, MA. Dave has a Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Bridgewater State University and has been involved in the fitness industry for over 12 years. Dave managed Bright Morning Star Health Center in Raynham. for 10 years and also has owned his own nutrition store, Always Natural Nutrition in Buzzards Bay. He has competed in Bodybuilding competitions for over 10 years and enjoys helping others reach their fitness goals. Michael Hludzik has been involved in the fitness industry for several years. He has worked in the supplement industry as an outside sales representative for over 3 years. Mike graduated from Bridgewater State University with a B. S. in Physical Education with a minor in Health Promotion. Mike has competed in many natural bodybuilding competitions and continues to be an active part in the bodybuilding and fitness industry judging, emceeing, and competing. Michael Craven knows dedication like no one else. After graduating with a B. S. in Exercise Science and Cardiac Rehab in 1999, Mike has made a career of educating and inspiring others to work hard and be their best. Mike's professional background ranges from personal fitness training to pharmaceuticals, and now the formation of Cape Cod Nutrition Corner Plymouth.
Mike’s knowledge and coaching have touched the lives of many.
With a full time work schedule, Mike manages to fit in intense strength training 5 times a week, as well as running an average of 15 miles. With his positive attitude, dedication, and coaching ability, Mike Craven is a valued new member of Team CCNC |
